Entz Burton & Associates assists families with the protection of land and assets through careful and thoughtful consultations to understand the needs and desires of our clients. Once these are established, our firm will put together an estate plan involving Wills, Trusts, Business Entities, and the titling of property and assets to accomplish their goals. J. Michael Entz has been practicing in the tax and trust area of the law for over thirty years. Over that time, he has worked as a legal intern at the Oklahoma Tax Commission, has worked for the Oklahoma State University Foundation, and has maintained a private law practice. Attorney Jeff Burton began his career with the firm in 2013 as a legal intern and became an associate after being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2014. He is currently a member of the Estate Planning, Real Property, and Taxation Sections of the Oklahoma Bar, and his practice focuses on estate and business planning, Social Security disability claims, real property transactions, and commercial litigation. Attorney Greg Brown attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he received his JD in 2012. Since being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2012, he has been practicing primarily in the fields of probate, oil and gas, property, real estate, and estate and business planning. |
