| Description | Mr. Dabdoub's legal practice is dedicated to the representation of individuals with long-term disability claims. He handles long-term disability claims and disability appeals with insurance companies, and, if necessary, he represents clients in lawsuits in both state and federal courts against insurance companies. Mr. Dabdoub routinely advises clients on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), particularly with respect to long-term disability benefits. He has participated as a guest speaker at local and national legal conferences and seminars on long term disability benefits, and has also authored articles on the subject. Prior to graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Dabdoub was authorized by the Florida Supreme Court to practice law as a Certified Legal Intern where he defended the rights of indigent defendants at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Mr. Dabdoub earned a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University, where he graduated at the top of his class, prior to studying law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami. He is currently admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court Middle District of Florida. |
